From the artists

“It has given me an opportunity to reach more prospective patrons, sell quite a few pieces and widen my exposure.”

Milton Allette, artist

“I had been driving up to Baltimore from Alexandria for many years to walk the streets and photograph. Throughout those years, I photographed with only the expectation that I continue to find surprises around many corners on my walks. I seldom meet people while photographing, least of all people who are in the art field. I considered Baltimore to be and endless source of inspiration and surprises but never thought it remotely possible that I would show my work there in any capacity. Working with Art Exposure has allowed me to show my work in one of my favorite cities. I work fulltime so am not able to market myself to any great degree and Art Exposure has helped in that regard and has introduced me to endeavors related to my field that I never would have thought possible, thereby leading me into even more nooks and crannies of the city. Art Exposure is a moving train that I am happy to be aboard.”

Helen Sampson, artist

“Art Exposure provides an invaluable opportunity for an artist. The number and diversity of the available venues allows an artist to target a certain audience to best promote their work.”

Joe Yablonsky
VP, Capitol Arts Network

“Art Exposure has been a wonderful way to show my art to the Baltimore Community.  The venues are very friendly, Ann's really nice, and I've sold some work.  Also, it's a treat to see what other artists are doing.”

Painted Pots by Annina Luck

“I've had lots of fun working with Ann and Art Exposure! I love that I can be really imaginative with my displays and that my pots and paintings can be seen in so many different places. Also, there is always a new opportunity to show my work. All I have to do is create!”

Annina Luck, artist

“Art Exposure provides the passer-by with an unexpected encounter with art.  In doing so artists and viewers bring a level of sophistication and energy to the surroundings.  Architecture and people feed off this, one complimenting the other, one reflecting the other.  Ultimately producing a positive and enriching result for the artist and the viewer.”
